SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES
PT Multi Kreasi Pertama provides tour and vacation packages focused on badminton. These packages enable international travelers to engage in daily activities organized by Indonesian badminton clubs and coaches, while also incorporating cultural sightseeing events. This is a unique opportunity to explore the rich sports culture in the country, while having a one-of-a-kind travel experience. Smashtravel is responsible for organizing and arranging the tour packages, including planning, bookings, customer support, and other related services to ensure visiting players have a memorable stay. However, we are not accountable or involved in any of the activities carried out by the badminton clubs and coaches. It is crucial to understand that these tour activities are considered a form of tourism rather than a significant sports event.
TOURS IN INDONESIA
Booking policies - If you want to customize your own badminton tour in Indonesia, you can either fill out the registration form on our website, or provide us with the details of your booking via email or WhatsApp messenger. This first step should be regarded as more of an initial reservation or expression of interest, rather than a confirmed and definite booking. Shortly after your reservation, we will get in touch with you through email or WhatsApp to discuss the details of your inquiry.
After further discussions about your trip and tour preferences, we will present an initial camp proposal that outlines the total cost and inclusions. To settle into an agreement with us, you have two options: to buy your flight tickets or make a 10% payment of the total tour package through invoicing before your arrival in Indonesia.
Payment policies - You have the option to make a partial payment before your arrival and pay the remaining balance upon arrival, or pay the entire amount when you arrive, directly to a Smashtravel representative at your destination. All tour packages are paid in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
If you choose to make a partial payment before your arrival, we accept IBAN transfers or BIC/Swift, or Wise digital bank transfer service. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask us directly by email or chat.
Refund policies - After confirming your badminton tour package by making a payment, the amount paid is non-refundable unless nothing else is agreed upon. If you cancel your training without a valid reason, you will lose the entire cost of training, food, and accommodation. However, if for any reason, Smashtravel declines your booking, your payment will be refunded.
CAMP IN SWEDEN
Booking policies - To secure a spot at Smashtravel Camp in Sweden, you must fill out the registration form on our website. Following your registration, we will promptly email you a booking confirmation that outlines the camp's policies and inclusions.
The deadline to show your interest in Smashtravel Camp is May 1st. Nevertheless, since the camp usually gets fully booked in the early part of each year, we advise you to watch out for the official opening of registrations on the website, which usually takes place in January.
Payment policies - Once you have your place confirmed, you'll receive an invoice for the registration fee. Payment is made to our bank giro number and ensure it is paid by the specified due date, unless nothing else is agreed upon.
Refund policies - If you cancel your attendance at Smashtravel Camp after the camp fee has been paid, only 1000 SEK of the registration fee will be refunded. However, if you cancel due to illness or injury (with a medical certificate) or because you have been chosen to attend a national team camp held on the same dates as Smashtravel Camp, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
If you want to change your arrangements after receiving confirmation, we will endeavor to comply with your request to the extent possible. However, we cannot assure that we can fulfill all requests. We require your written authorization before making any adjustments.
You are free to change your dates to an earlier or later time, or to choose a different club or coach, as long as it has a similar cost to your original choice. If you want to change to a more expensive package, additional fees may apply.
SPECIAL NEEDS AND REQUESTS
In case you have any specific needs or requests, like dietary needs or a preference for a kitchen to be installed in your lodging, it is important to inform us in good time. Special needs and requests should be specified, either by filling out the booking form or sending them to us in writing. We will do our best to fulfill them, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.
It is also your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that require assistance before we arrange your tour package, so that we can inform relevant parties. We cannot be held responsible if a club or coach refuses to accept you due to a medical condition or disability.
Our policy is to be inclusive and not exclude any players based on their individual needs. As the requirements can differ, we evaluate each player case separately and determine the level of assistance necessary to allow everyone to fully participate and enjoy the activities provided by us. If players with special requirements plan to join our tours, we encourage their parents to contact our support team. This discussion can help us determine how to accommodate their unique needs, allowing us to make any necessary special arrangements.
REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
Our goal is to offer excellent care to everyone using our services. If you're content with your experience, please share it with others. If you have any issues or suggestions, please inform us. We value your feedback and use it to enhance and refine our services. In the case of concerns regarding the tour activities, the club or coach should be notified first. If the issue is more serious, please inform the Smashtravel Support Team, and we will make every effort to resolve it to your satisfaction.
VACCINATIONS AND MEDICAL CARE
When entering Indonesia, it is no longer necessary to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR-test before departure. However, it is recommended that all individuals traveling to Indonesia get vaccinated for Hepatitis A.
If unexpected situations occur, the housing and badminton facilities are situated near hospitals and private clinics. Nonetheless, ensuring the safety and well-being of all travellers is our primary concern. This is achieved by promoting healthy eating habits and maintaining adequate hydration levels throughout the camps and tours.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Ensure that your travel and medical insurance is up-to-date and provides coverage for the entire duration of your trip. Remember to review your personal health insurance to confirm that you have coverage for any unexpected incidents that may occur.
PHOTOGRAPHY
It is important to note that we may capture images during tours and activities for our promotional materials. Additionally, players may want to take pictures of themselves and their peers as a memory of their time in Indonesia. If you have any concerns, please let us know when making your booking.
DATA PROTECTION
By agreeing to this, you allow Smashtravel and its affiliates to gather, utilize, retain, and share personal information to protect and advance our interests. Furthermore, personal data may be used for legitimate purposes by Smashtravel and its affiliates, while also complying with applicable legal obligations. You consent to this collection, usage, processing, and disclosure, as long as it is carried out in a fair and legal manner under the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 26 of 2012). Additionally, you permit Smashtravel and its affiliates to send marketing materials to the email address or other personal information you have provided for promotional purposes.
CHILD PROTECTION
Smashtravel is dedicated to protecting and promoting the well-being of children and young individuals. We will treat all individuals equally and do not discriminate based on gender, ability, race, or religion. Everyone is valued equally and has the same opportunities available to them. Discrimination or bullying in any form is not tolerated by our organization, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy. Child protection is a legal obligation for Smashtravel, and any allegations of child abuse or neglect are taken seriously and thoroughly investigated as a caring organization.
TOUR CLOSURE
Smashtravel is not responsible for refunding any portion of the fees if the activities at the clubs are closed due to circumstances beyond their control. Instead, Smashtravel will find and arrange a new possibility to continue an ongoing tour, thus in another location, if possible. In case of an event like this, Smashtravel will notify all families via SMS or email. Unless we notify you otherwise, it is recommended to assume that all planned activities are taking place as per the tour schedule.
TOUR EXCLUSION
In rare circumstances, an individual's behavior may adversely affect the well-being of others on a tour, such as bullying, disruptive behavior, or undisclosed special needs. In such cases, we reserve the right to exclude that particular individual from their activities. There will be no reimbursement for any unused days, and Smashtravel will not be responsible for any costs incurred during the exclusion, including transportation back home.

The design, text, content, selection, and organization of this website are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. These elements belong to Smashtravel or are used with the permission of the rights owner. All rights are reserved.
Posting these elements on the website does not waive any rights to them. You do not gain ownership of these elements by viewing them on the website.
